Placing an order at
iRestore is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You'll
do that while placing your first order online. Find Items
First, you'll need to
browse or search for the items you'd like to order. When you find an
item or repair service that interests you, click the title or name of
the item to see its product detail page. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an
item, click the Add to Shopping Cart button on the product detail page.
Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to
keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you
want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any
time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page of our
Web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review
all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to
place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart Items--To Buy Now"
section of your cart, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You'll be
taken to the first page of the order form.
Create an Account
Click on the Continue
button under New Customer. Here you will be required to create a user
name and password. Associate a password with your account--when you
come back to iRestore in the future, you can use the same shipping
address you provided during this first order. Make sure you write your
password down somewhere, so you remember it the next time you place an
order.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you'd like
to ship your order, and let us know if any of the items are to be
gifts. (If so, we will not include an invoice).
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you'd
like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. If you are
sending an iPod to us for repair you will be selecting the rate for
return shipping. Provide a Method of Payment
Next, let us know how
you'd like to pay for your order. We accept VISA
MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Money Orders. All orders must be prepaid. If you are
paying with a money order your item will not be shipped until payment
is recieved.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all
the information you provided, and make any necessary adjustments. When
you're ready, click the "Place your order" button to submit your order.
After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail
message. We'll send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Track Your Order
If you'd like to review or
change something about the order you placed before it enters the
shipping process, click the Your Account link in the top right corner
of most pages on our site. Here, you'll be able to change your mind
about the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
How do I order your repair service?
If you do not know what is wrong with your ipod:
Click "Free Diagnostic" and proceed to checkout. If you are a new
customer you will be required to create an account, for information on
how to do this please see "Create an Account" in the previous section.
Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email with
shipping instructions. Next, carefully package your ipod and send it to
the address provided in the confirmation email.
Once we receive your ipod, a technician will diagnose it and determine
the problem. An email will then be sent with the diagnostic results and
cost of repair. If you choose to have your ipod repaired we will
collect payment and ship your ipod back to you the same day.
If you decline the repair your ipod will be shipped back with no
additional charges. There are absolutely no hidden fees, you are only
required to pay for shipping to and from our service centre .
If you know what is wrong with your ipod:
Find your needed repair by browsing through our product inventory on the
left side of the page. Select the repair and click the Add To Cart
button.
If you are a new customer you will be required to create an account,

Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email with
shipping instructions. Next, carefully package your ipod and send it to
the address provided in the confirmation email.
Once we receive your ipod, a technician will carefully install the
orderer part. Your ipod will then be packaged and shipped back to you
the same day. What should I do after an order is placed?
After you have completed
the payment process, print your confirmation email. Package your iPod
along with the confirmation print out and ship it to:
